Terms and Conditions
Payment for Weddings/Events
To secure a booking, Sonalee Makeup Artistry requires a $100 booking fee.
This can be paid in cash or bank deposit within 7 days. If a booking fee has not been paid within the 7 days, your makeup booking is not guaranteed.
Start times of 7am or earlier and 9pm or later with incur a surcharge of 15%. Bookings that fall on select public holidays; Christmas Day and New Years Eve will incur a $70 surcharge.
Cancellations for Weddings/Events
Booking fees are non-refundable less than 3 months before the wedding/event date. Cancellations 3 months or more prior to the wedding/event date will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit (this does not include the trial fee).
Any reductions in the number of people quoted still need to be paid in full if less
than 3 months notice is given. Please notify me as soon as possible of any location changes as this may alter the quote.
Personal Information
Sonalee Makeup Artistry requires information on whether the client has allergies or a contagious illness. This may include but not be limited to conjunctivitis, cold sores, col, flu, measles, mumps, chicken pox, shingles, open cuts/sores. ringworm, jungle infections (above the chest). You must notify me prior to doing your makeup, if you or anyone in your booking has allergies to any products or ingredients. If you are sick or contagious on the trial, you will need to notify me so that we can reschedule.

Parking
In circumstances where car parking is restricted, it is your responsibility to arrange parking or incur the cost of any car parking fees.
Travel Fees
ravel fees may apply to mobile services outside 20kms ($10.00 per 10 km).
Photographs
Sonalee Makeup Artistry reserves the right to take photographic or video images of any to our makeup applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes. Your oral or written consent will be obtained first of course!
Miscellaneous
Wedding Makeup generally takes an hour person with an extra 30 minutes to set up and pack up.
If you choose not to have a trial, I will not be held liable in any way if you are not satisfied with the services of the day or after.
